Established May 7, 2005, by Ordinance No. 05-95 granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) F.S. and Sections 190.012(2)(a)(d) and (f), (except for powers regarding waste disposal) and Section 190.012(3) F.S.

Vizcaya in Kendall development is a 160.26-acre mixed-use project located in the southwest portion of Miami-Dade County in the State of Florida. More specifically, it is located in Section 6, Township 55 South, Range 39 East, south of Kendall Drive (SW 88th Street), west of SW 167th Avenue, east of SW 172nd Avenue and north of SW 96th Street.
